Color Club Magic Attraction

Hey guys! Hows it going? So today I want to show you THE MOST amazing glitter polish I have in my entire collection. Well I mean I have alot of other really cool glitters but this one is immensely glittery and holographic all in one. How cool is that? Magic Attraction has been out for a long time and I found it in my go to beauty store a couple months back and I thought I didn't really need it cuz I had so many glitters. But then one day I saw it on Scrangie's blog and I knew I just had to get it. So I go back to the store...and just my luck I couldn't find it again. So I searched and searched and finally I found it in the most random of stores...lol. So here it is!

Magic Attraction is a heavily packed glitter nail polish in a clear base. It applies very evenly although not so smoothly. But you can see how shiny it is in the pictures...I didn't use topcoat in any of these even though I know that topcoat will definitely even out the texture. You can see how holographic this polish is in the blurrier pictures. In real life it is soooo captivating like I just catch my nails in the mirror and keep staring at it...Its awesome.
And I know I keep repeating this, but its because I think its an awesome offer to share. Zoya is offering a FREE nail polish if you click HERE and make an account.
So thats all for today.

Favorite Polish: Sugar Nails Guest Post

Hey, Hey! So today is the very first installment in my guest post series that I'm having on my blog. I really like the idea of having guest posts because that way you guys get to see a variety of polishes and designs that I wouldn't be able to provide to you all on my own. So my very first guest is the oh so sweet Gwenn from Sugar Nails. Let me tell you, she is one of the very first bloggers who absolutely inspired me with her beautiful nails and very cute designs. So no more talking from me...Here it is Gwenn's all time favorite polish.

Hi dear Nail Diva readers !

I'm Gwenn, a polish addict from Belgium, and I was very honored when Nail Diva asked me to write a guest post on her blog ! It's the first time I'm doing one, yay !
That's what I love about blogging ... Sharing stuff with other addicts, getting advices and becoming some kind of friends with people you don't even know, that's what makes me enjoy each single post I write or read :)
Uh sorry I'm feeling shy haha, I really want to do my best for my very first guest post but my english isn't always very good, I hope you won't mind.

Well, I'm here today to show you my all time favourite nail polish. Let's say it was a difficult choice, I have a lot of faves in my stash, especially purples, holos and glitters, but finally I decided which one talks the most to my heart: Extravagance from OPI's Designer Series !

OPI is one of my favorite brands, along with China Glaze, Essence and Zoya, and DS Extravagance was one of the first color I got from them.
It's a wonderful, amazing dark purple with a scattered holo effect. It's really a stunner, especially in the sun (but we don't have any sunshine here since weeks, so I only have lightbox shots).

What make me love that polish enough to consider it as my fave ? Well, of course it's a pretty color, but I think it suits almost every skintone, it's also a kind of color you can wear on any occasion as it's not too special (I mean not flashy or full of glitter) but has that little something that will light up your nails !
It also has a perfect formula, applies like a dream and is opaque and smooth with two coats. The only bad thing I'd say about it is it really needs a top coat or it will chip fast, like a lot of holo polishes. It's shown here without top coat (see how it is shiny on it's own !) but I quickly added one coat of Seche Vite after the pictures to keep it longer. It's interesting to note that the top coat didn't alter the holo effect :)

So, are you also in love ? :)

Again, I want to thank Nail Diva for letting me be her guest, and hope you all enjoyed my post :)
* Thank you Gwenn, for being such a dear and sharing this amazing polish with us. I really think its a stunner and I haven't noticed it to be this beautiful before. See everybody learns something new! Anyway, I hope you guys liked this as much as I did. And if you guys would like a FREE Zoya nail polish click HERE and make an account to automatically get one. Have a great day! *

My Favorite...Beauty Products of All Time

Hey Everyone! So I've been thinking about how I need to spice things up a bit over here and I thought why not do a My Favorite segment where I talk about my favorite products. This is going to begin a theme of My All Time Favorite Polishes which will be written by guest bloggers over the next few weeks. I know this isn't exactly a polish post but I do know that I love to read peoples opinions about beauty products before I go in and buy them so I thought I would give it a whirl.... So lets begin shall we?

My Favorite... Facial Moisturizer

Hands down its Clinique Moisture Surge extended thirst relief!

The reason why I love this so much is because I have pretty dry skin and before I put on my foundation I really need that good deep moisture or else I look like death! haha. Anyway this really does it, it gives you that bouncy soft feeling that my skin really needs. And although my skin isn't acne prone I can break out if I'm using a wrong product and this really calms the skin down and its exactly what I've been searching for since I was a teenager. I first got this as a sample from Clinique and now I'm hooked.

My Favorite...Body Moisturizer

For this I'm not gonna play fair and I'm gonna show you two. But it still is fair because I have to show them to you they are both amazing!

First up is BBW Hawaii Coconut Body Lotion
Ok, not only does this smell breath taking and like you've just come out of a clean shower but it makes your skin super soft and you can still smell it after a few hours which I find tre delicious!

Second body moisturizer I want to share is something I find super recent and I was so upset that I didn't find it ten years ago. Its Glysolid soft cream

I dont know how available this is around the world because I dont remember ever seeing it when I lived in America but you can find it practically anywhere in Jordan and its price is very comparable to Nivea, but its even better than anything I've tried. This leaves your skin sooo smooth and silky I dont even know, I just keep rubbing my face on my hands when I have it on cuz its soo soft. I recommend this hands down. And it smells like cotton, Its amazing! Plus it has chamomile in it so thats great too!

My Favorite...Body Exfoliant

Listen up you guys cuz this is important: Soap and Glory Flake Away

When I used this for the first time I started jumping up and down. It smelled like pure bliss...I was on cloud nine. How did such a small item make me feel so jubilant? Well, its because the mixture of the amazing smell with the small sugar flecks that give you a massage and clean your skin all at the same time. I was on cloud ten lol! And afterwards my skin was soo smooth. Its amazing! I know this isn't available around the world either, but if you can get your hands on it you will not regret it!

My Favorite...Foot Cream: Jergens Foot Cream

Why do I love this product the most? Because its cheap and effective. It smells like coconut which I adore and it leaves your foot smooth all throughout the night. Its pure and simple.

My Favorite...Hair Product: John Frieda Brilliant Brunnette Satin Shine Finish Cream

I use this after my shower before I start brushing my hair and rub a little bit of it all over it. It makes my hair smell good and feel so soft. I love love love it. And I know it doesn't smell like coconut...maybe it smells like cocoa butter but I love the way it smells. I'm definitely addicted.

My Favorite...Deodorant: Secret Scent Expressions Cocoa butter Kiss

A pattern is beginning to develop isn't it? Yes, I admit it...I take cocoa butter and coconut over the roof but its cuz I love it so much, I simply cant help it. I probably smell like I've been lying at the beach every morning but none of the smells are too strong. They all have that simple faint smell. I believe that every person in this world should put on deodorant, even if they dont "need it" simply because you dont need no rank smell coming out from under your arms. Its just disgusting. So avoid it and put on a little deodorant and if you can get one that smells got...all the better!

My Favorite...Cuticle remover: Sally Hansen Instant Cuticle Remover.

All you need from a cuticle remover for it to be good is that it removes the nasty cuticles that are too showy. This does that and it does it fast too. So if you wake up in the morning and you just have to get those nasty cuticles out the way this is what you need. And then you dont need to be cutting your cuticles off and murdering the skin cells around your nail. Win. Win.

And Finally My Favorite... Perfume. Christian Dior Miss Dior Cherie (ahh...Perfection!)

Clean. Simple. Elegant. Womanly. One spray of this and I FEEL prettier. I dunno, its a captivating smell but not too out there. Just the way I like it!

Wow, that was alot longer that I thought it would be, but hopefully this was helpful. I just want to express that although I have such strong feelings towards these products it doesn't mean in anyway that will work for everyone or that everyone will get the same results. These are just my opinions and I hope this helps someone out there! And finally,

What are your Favorite Beauty Products??

Color Club Revvvolution

Hey, Hey, Hey! Whats happening you guys? I really wanted to post this yesterday but my internet was playing games. Very uncomfortable. So anyway I want to show you Color Club Revvvolution. Look at this beauty!

Color Club Revvvolution

I'm gonna be honest, this is the amount of holographic-ness I was dying to find in the other color club holo nail polishes. I almost fainted when I saw that the holo in this color was not only immensely strong but captures on my weak little camera; bless its little soul. Revvvolution is a dark charcoal greyish black linear holographic nail polish. This color really lives up to the more expensive nail polish brands with the strong linear holographic polishes because your only paying 5 JD's for it (in Jordan). Love it, Love it, Love it. Get it if you can and you will not regret it. Although I have heard some comments that there are two versions of this polish, I would just say go to a very brightly lit area in the store and see what happens to the polish...if it becomes sparkly and bursts with color its holographic and if not then it wasn't meant to be. This has actually happened to me with Color Club Worth the Risque where there were two versions; one holographic one and one that just didn't sparkle. Anyway thats all for today!

Wild at Heart

Hey everyone! Hows it been? I've been away for so long and I hate it so I'm gonna show you a color I purchased a little while ago that I adore. Color Club Wild at Heart. I know you can find this practically everywhere on the web but I still want to show you mine. Right now I'm in the process of purchasing a lot of nail polishes since my brother are coming visit so they can bring it with them...Score! And although I dont have the biggest nail polish collection I hate it when I find colors that are close to mine. Any suggestions on something I just have to try? Anyway heres Wild at Heart.

Color Club Wild at Heart is a deep purple holographic polish. It is so holographic but my camera isn't good at capturing polishes like this. The third pictures is the closest at how it really is even though its a tad bit more in person. I absolutely adore this color and I'm so happy I found it. Because its so saturated you can easily use it to stamp designs and you'll still get that soft holo-y look. I definitely recommend!

Where Am I?

Where Am I? Good question...  I feel like I'm really doing my blog in-justice by not writing any posts but I do have an explanation. I've been super swamped with graduation even though its still one month away. I had to get my pictures taken and send them to the place, I have two tests next week and three projects that I had to work on. My cousins bridal shower and her wedding. And my faculty graduation party. Needless to say shopping for outfits is a part of the schedule. And on top of all that I started training for my new job. I've also been helping one of my professors with work at the hospital. I haven't painted my nails since last Friday. Its pitiful, I know but what can I do. So thats why my blogs been lonely. I'm really sorry if it seems like I'm slacking off and I will get back to posting more regularly when I have the chance. So stick around and dont give up on me.

Flormar SuperShine #10

Hey guys! Wats up? Today I want to show you a nail polish my mom bought and when I saw it I really wanted to swatch it and see how it looks. Now I'm gonna tell you all that I dont like colors like this...it's not my thing but I definitely do think its a nice color and I see alot of people wear it. So here it is...

Flormar SuperShine 10

Flormar SuperShine Shine and Hot Perfect Polish in number 10 is a metallic bronze color with a sort of holographic shimmer to it. What makes this polish so special as oppose to any other mettallic bronze color is that this one has tiny sparkles in it. So although this isn't my favey fave I have to say its definitely a special color...I'm glad I swatched it. Anywho, have a great day!

Layered Sparkly Polish

Hey everyone! Hows your day going? Today I want to show you a little bit of layering I did that I really enjoyed. I started out with a Seventeen Super Shine Polish in number 500. I bought this such a long time ago I dont even remember. I tried it out once, didn't like it, thought I would give it to one of my little cousins, decided I wanted to give it another try (maybe it had potential), threw it in a box and never got back to it. Until now of course. I realized if I didn't like it on its own I would use Femme Fatale over it and see what happens. I wasn't really into it while it was alone on my nails cuz although its filled with sparkle it is so flat. Not a very interesting color.
Seventeen Super Shine #500
Then I applied Color Club in Femme Fatale to give it some extra sparkle and shine!

As you can see it totally shifted to another level. And I love that the sparkle isn't one constant color in all angles. You can see copper shimmer, pink shimmer, and even blue shimmer in some angles which really gives it depth. I guess the morale of the story is if you ever have a dull or boring color you can always make it more interesting by adding a layer of sparkle on it. Femme Fatale is a color I'm super happy I bought!

Holographic French Nail Design

Hey everyone! I hope everyone is having a fun and relaxing weekend. I've been quite busy recently and a persistent migraine has really been keeping me away from posting. Hopefully, that will all get better soon. Anyway, for the nails I've been really into the french nail design mostly because its been boiling hot here the last couple of days and french nails are clean and fresh. Check it out.

Holographic French Nail Design

I know that it doesn't seem very holo-y but believe me it was so holographic its insane. I actually didn't expect it to be so much so. A delightful surprise! I used Flormar Nail Enamel in 397 as my base. Its a very natural pink French nail color. Definitely a new fave. Then I did the v-shaped design with Color Club Fashion Addict. And finally I added the silver stripes with La Girl Art Deco Nail Art Lacquer in Silver Glitter and added some topcoat. Great design and totally loving it. Have a great weekend!

Vintage Rose Nail Art

Hey everybody! I want to apologize for my slight absence, I've just been really busy with school and stuff. Anywho, today I have a stamping design to show you that I did a couple of days ago but only just got around to show you. I dont want to talk alot so heres the pics.
Vintage Rose Nail Art

The base is Seventeen Super Shine in number 268 and then I stamped the rose design on it with a foil color from La Girls. I lost the name on the it so I dont know what its called. Its a lavender foil/metallic color that is amazing for stamping. Anyway, I really enjoyed this manicure and I hope you do too.

Maybelline Divine Clementine

Hey everybody! So I wanna show you a nail polish I got about a year ago. I originally had my eyes on another color, which even now a year later I want to get but never do. Anyway, so I wanted to get another color and then I saw this and I thought...Interesting. I just had to try it. Im gonna say this off the top, I dont like orange! Its not my cup of tea. However, I find this color not too orangey to where its disgusting, but it still has that burst of color that summertime is all about. So lets have a looksy shall we?

Maybelline Divine Clementine

This is Maybelline New York Color Sensational in Divine Clementine. I do believe this is a discontinued line of polish but I see it all over the place here in Jordan, so I dunno. Anyway, as you can see from the pics the color on the nails is a tad different than the color in the bottle; in the bottle it gives off a corally orange pink color while on the nails its a deep orange red color. It is a creamy polish though, which I love, and application is a dream although it is quite thin. So thats my polish for today. Peace and Love!
