Chic French Nail Design

Hey everybody! Hows it going? Today was MY LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!! Forever! Woot...woot! Hahah, words cant explain how happy I am. But your not here to hear about my life, so for nails...I want to show you a sort of color blocking french nail design that I did a few days back. I found this to be soo cute and it really reminds me of strawberry shortcake! Take a look!

This design is suppper easy to replicate, and I'm not just saying that. I first started with a layer of just a clear pink tinted base. Then I applied Sally Hansen in Green with envy diagonally across from the middle of my nail to the opposite end. Then I applied Barielle Blossom in the opposite direction and overlapping Green with Envy. Finally I took Inglot 721 and went the same direction as the green I applied previously. After applying all that and waiting for them to dry a bit, I took L.A. Girl Art Deco Nail Art Lacquer in Silver glitter and lined the previous color strips with it. And finally a layer of topcoat.
Is this design easy to do? Definitely! Do try this for summer...its on trend and fun.
Thats all for today. Dont forget to enter my PRE-100 FOLLOWER GIVEAWAY!

Holographic French Nail Design

Hey everyone! I hope everyone is having a fun and relaxing weekend. I've been quite busy recently and a persistent migraine has really been keeping me away from posting. Hopefully, that will all get better soon. Anyway, for the nails I've been really into the french nail design mostly because its been boiling hot here the last couple of days and french nails are clean and fresh. Check it out.

Holographic French Nail Design

I know that it doesn't seem very holo-y but believe me it was so holographic its insane. I actually didn't expect it to be so much so. A delightful surprise! I used Flormar Nail Enamel in 397 as my base. Its a very natural pink French nail color. Definitely a new fave. Then I did the v-shaped design with Color Club Fashion Addict. And finally I added the silver stripes with La Girl Art Deco Nail Art Lacquer in Silver Glitter and added some topcoat. Great design and totally loving it. Have a great weekend!

Lace French Mani

Hello lovelies! Today I have another...Lace Mani! Why am I posting so many lace manicures, you ask? Well, because I'm not very good at doing them and I've been trying out different looks to practice on. So your coming along with me on this "learning experience". I love lace manicure because they are so elegant and the epitomy of feminine! We need to celebrate being women, and show off our beautiful features! My sis told me this one looked like snow and I believe it does too, but that wasn't my aim. So here it is
Lace French Mani

So it's a really flirty and girly manicure. I used Flormar Nail Enamel in 119 as a base (it needed 4 coats). Then I used Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in White On for my french and lace design. And finally I sealed it all in with Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in Disco Ball. The end! Have a great day.

Reverse French Nails straight from the Runway

Hey everyone! Hows your day going? I was looking through this season's runway nail looks, and although I thought most of them looked butt ugly there was one that caught my attention. It was designed by Nars' Kim D'Amato for the Thakoon Runway Show. I did it and I think it looks super soft and feminine yet very modern. Mind you my french tips need a lot of work but they look super right in real life (darned zoom).

Reverse French Nails

For some reason and no matter what angle I took the pictures in the base looks a milky white...when in reality it is a beautiful soft pinky white. The color is sooo soft and girly I thought it would be a great contrast for the black tips but it looks white. Oh well! Anyway for this I used Seventeen Supreme in either 60 or 09...Grrr, I cant tell which. And then I used Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in Black Out for the tips. Maybe I should stop mentioning the black that I use since its always the same. I just find it reasonably priced and so I use it for all my designs (which dont last longer than a day). Anywho, I like it a bunch...and I hope you do too. Have a great day!
